My Dolls

I've been collecting dolls all my life.  My brothers and I used to explore abandoned structures like houses and barns when we were little kids.   We found lots of antiques.   I had a large collection of china head and porcelain dolls.  I found other old vintage dolls.  This was one of my favorite types of dolls to find.

Her name was Terri Lee and I had so much fun with her.  She was made in the 50s many years before I was born.  I also found them in thrift stores and estate/yard sales.  I ended up with several Terri and Jerri Lees and lots of clothes.  

While being outdoors was my first love and books my second, my dolls came 3rd.  My favorite game was time traveling history professors.  All my dolls and stuffed animals participated in the game.  Terri Lee went down on the Titanic and Andrea Dorea, up in the  Hindenburg, were spies and explorers.  I loved archeology so they worked the fields of Egypt and Stonehenge.
